We like the design and functionality of the website, especially how the the blog and photo albums are integrated, and how people can sign in to the website and leave comment on the Photos, videos and blog posts. there are alot of developers that can create this site for you, but Yahoo is not a good recutting ground for one. I suggest you post it on rentacoder.com or guru.com and get real estimate from experts as there are alot of numptys using this site, that will claim to be able to make it and will use joomla or wordpress but fail to do a professional job.
by the way this site could be anyware from £200 – £500 to develop, especialy with videos and thats excluding hosting.
